Description and characteristics of the product Carob
Carob otherwise known as the locust. Appearance and taste reminiscent of cocoa. Carob is obtained by drying and milling of the Carob pods (carob tree). The product is an excellent replacement for cocoa, chocolate, especially recommended for allergy sufferers. Carob is recommended in the diet of children, because unlike cocoa does not contain caffeine. It is also the product of a highly odżywczym- because putting it into the daily diet brings a number of health benefits.
