All mentioned types of milk proteins are obtained by low-temperature methods, which ensures that Total Shake Protein 85 contains all bioactive whey protein fractions: alpha lactalbumin, beta lactoglobulin, serum albumin and casein and milk protein fractions. The above composition ensures stable absorption of amino acids from the digestive system into the bloodstream, distributed over a dozen or so minutes to 5 hours after eating Total Shake Protein 85. This fact ensures that the whole body should be in the anabolic phase of muscle development and regeneration.
