DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Add three level scoops to 470ml of water or 3 heaping scoops to 700ml of milk. Blend for 20 seconds or until evenly dispersed.

For the Ultimate Mega Gainer Shake: Add 4 heaping scoops to 590ml non-fat milk, 2 cups low fat ice cream, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons unsalted peanut butter, 5 tablespoons honey and 3 tablespoons brewers yeast.
