L-carnitine  forte plus lozenges is a combination of L-carnitine with L-arginine, L-ornithine and chromium in capsules. Contains sugars and sweeteners.

Dietary supplement: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily between meals.      

During weight loss: 1 capsule 2-3 times a day about 30 minutes before a meal.
