AMINIGHT is:

Aminight is intended to contribute to the stimulation of growth hormone and have an anabolic effect.   Its composition includes amino acids derived from bovine protein hydrolysate and so-called free amino acids: L-lysine, L-ornithine, L-arginine.

Use the preparation before sleep and according to your body weight: below 80 kg – 5 tablets, above 80 kg – 8 tablets.
