OLIMP CREATINE 1000 is a product in the form of tablets, containing creatine. Creatine molecule is the basic energy vehicle in muscle cells. Appropriate supplementation of the creatine level in the body increases the phosphocreatine content, enabling rapid re-synthesis of ATP – the direct energy source, which contributes to the increase in intensity and efficiency of muscle work. The dynamism of action of the product is improved by the presence of sorbitol which owing to its conversion in the body to fructose and glucose potentiates the insulin-dependent creatine transport into the muscles, and at the same time is devoid of adverse effects characteristic for monosaccharides. High creatine concentration in muscles stimulates protein synthesis with anti-catabolic and anabolic effects, which contributes to the more rapid growth of so-called lean muscle mass and muscular fitness. OLIMP CREATINE 1000 is designed for high-performance athletes practicing speed-strength (weightlifting, sprints, jumps, throws, etc.), endurance-strength (bodybuilding, prolonged-distance sprints, medium-distance races, fight sports, etc.), and endurance (long-distance races, marathon, team games, stage races, etc.) disciplines.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1-3 tablets per day during training or competition days. An increase of weight may happen. Not suitable for children and young persons. Keep out of reach of children.

COMPOSITION

Creatine monohydrate, bulking agent- sorbitol, anti-caking agent- magnesium stearate. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.
