Phenibut  is the colloquial name for beta-phenyl-gamma-aminobutyric acid. It's a derivative of GABA. Phenibut in contrast to GABA has a much wider spectrum of effects and a much higher potential for action. It works better and more clearly!

The effect is similar to some antidepressants. It has been shown that Phenibut causes relaxation and reduction of skeletal muscle tone. It can reduce the effects of stress associated with negative trauma experiences. It helps to forget about the causes of stress, medicine and anxiety, without disturbing the rational functioning. It does not show any narcotic or opioid effect. It is safe if it is used in reasonable doses.

Use on a weekly basis, preferably in the late afternoon or evening. Do not use before physical exertion, mental work and training. Do not use it longer than 3 days. After 3 days of continuous use, take 3-5 days off.
