Total Shake Protein consists of a composition of five milk proteins, given in appropriate proportions to fulfill their purpose. These are carefully selected: microfiltrated whey protein concentrate (WPC 80), milk protein concentrate (MPC 85), micellar casein (MPI 90) and whey protein isolate (WPI 90) and whey protein hydrolyzate (WPH 90). All mentioned types of milk proteins are obtained by low-temperature methods, which ensures that Total Shake Protein 85 contains all bioactive whey protein fractions: alpha lactalbumin, beta lactoglobulin, serum albumin and casein and milk protein fractions. The above composition ensures stable absorption of amino acids from the digestive system into the bloodstream, distributed over a dozen or so minutes to 5 hours after eating Total Shake Protein 85. This fact ensures that the whole body should be in the anabolic phase of muscle development and regeneration. 1 to 3 portions a day is best for meals poor in animal protein and at night before going to bed, regardless of whether it is a training day or a day without training.
