During work the body needs 1 – 1½g carbohydrates per hour per kg of your body weight to keep up the blood sugar level (if the blood sugar level drops, concentration and speed are affected). DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
One portion (75 g) = Mixed in water 600 – 800ml

To carboload: 1 portion in 600ml of water.

Pro-longed exercise: Start to carboload 3 days before competition. Drink 2 portions of Vitargo® CL in between meals during the day. Stay to your normal diet, no overeating is required.

Team sports: Drink 1 portion of Vitargo® CL the day before match play 1 portion is equal to approximately 3 portions of cooked pasta!

During exercise, as a sport drink: 1 portion mixed in 800 – 1000ml of water.

Pro-longed exercise: 1 portion mixed in 8 dl of water to be consumed during one hour of activity.

Team sports: Drink 1 portion mixed in 10 dl of water during match.
