DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Dissolve 1 portion Whey Shake® (1 cup = 30 g) in approximately 150 - 200 ml of cold water, fruit juice or skimmed milk. Consume 2-4 servings daily spread throughout the day, or according to personal protein requirements.
