DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Workout days: Take 1-2 capsules per each 10kg of body mass, 45min before training.
Non-workout days: Take 1 capsule per each 20kg of body mass 2-3 times a day, 30min before meal. Wash down with approx. 300ml of beverage.

Do not combine ANABOLIC BCAA SYSTEM with protein nutrients in one dose.
