BCAA VitMin is the perfect combination of amino acids with a complex of vitamins and minerals, for even better regeneration during periods of increased exertion. BCAA represent approx. 35% of essential amino acids that build muscle protein, and nearly 50% of the amino acids that must be supplied with food.

Serving (5g) mixed in 250-300 ml of water or your favorite juice. Training days: one serving about 30 minutes before training and one serving after training. Non-workout days: one serving immediately after waking up.
