Electrolytes  freeze-dried coconut water is a dietary supplement in the form of vegan capsules providing water extracted from the inside of green, unripe coconuts (Cocos nucifera L.) subjected to the patented spray drying process. Coconut water is a liquid endosperm that is a reservoir of nutritional and growth spare substances from which the growing and ripening coconut draws. Coconut water is a source of carbohydrates, free amino acids, potassium and magnesium.

Cococin is a new nutrient obtained as a result of the spray drying process (freeze drying) of coconut water extracted from the inside of green, unripe coconuts (Cocos nucifera L.).
