Evolite Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) is a herbaceous plant found in Southern Africa, in the savannah and Kalahari desert areas. It is widely used in traditional African medicine.

The anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammatory efficacy of Harpagosides (active root ingredients) is comparable to that of synthetic anti-inflammatories. It is an adjuvant for rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory rheumatism, tendonitis, bruises, back pain, sciatica, and the like. Very effective against stiff neck and other muscle inflammations.
