Arginine is one of the basic human body amino acids. Its basic function is to increase blood circulation in peripheries (through the increased production of Nitric Oxide), higher somatotropin production (growth hormone – STH), improved function of genitalia and increase of spermatogenesis for men (sperm creation).

One of the basic function of arginine is that it works as an antecedent of Nitric Oxide creation (NO) that acts vasodilatationally (decreases tone) on smooth muscles in blood-vessel walls – in the final result it means that blood vessels are widened, blood circulation is increased and it allows supplying nutrient and oxygen to peripheries.

Characteristics of effective substance:

There exists two points of views on this characteristic:

1. From the point of view of sports performance and regeneration

Influence of Arginine on sports performance and regeneration – thanks to the increased number of Nitric Oxide NO (arginine is precursor) blood vessels supplying muscle tissue dilate and due to the higher blood flow more oxygen and glucose get to the tissues during the activity. If we look at it closer, glucose together with oxygen are limits mainly for long-term intensive performance because arginine can help to increase the performance. From the point of view of short-term maximal performance (to 30 seconds) it is good to be aware of the fact that our body uses energy mostly from sources that are operatively available in muscle cells and arginine can thanks to the blood-vessels widening help to improve the following regeneration – it fastens supplying of used saccharides and  metabolite wash out. Usage of Arginine in after-training phase thanks to the increased blood circulation speeds up regeneration, metabolite wash out and supplies glycogen to tissues.

2. From the point of view of vascularisation of genitalia:

Functioning of genitalia is based on the ability of supplying sufficient amount of blood to genitalia. Especially when talking about men, this is necessary to keep the erection. Arginine due to its ability to widen blood-vessels supports functioning of genitalia and it is generally taken as a product that makes your sexual life better. Other important thing from the point of view of reproduction functions is that men’s sperm is mainly created by arginine (95%) which means that sufficient amount of arginine or its supplementation increases the ability to create sperm (spermatogenesis).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For improvement of regeneration and muscle mass growth: 4 capsules after performance
For sexual appetite support: 4 capsules before performance

Usage:

According to recommended dosage swallow capsules gradually and drink down by the sufficient amount of water or sports drink. Alcoholic or milk drinks are not suitable.
