Halo-100 i am currently cycling this, I am 67 yo man, It kicked in for me the first week excellent alpha feeling and great arms pumped and i am only using it at a half cap two times daily, thats 12.5 mg each time, been running it over a month leaving me pumped and hard also gaining several kilo's, Recovering from massive radiation for head neck and sinus cancer being reason for my low dosage, but heck this product is pure and very effective more so than i would have thought, sometimes i go off for a few days cleanse and recharge and then back on with my 12.5 mg x 2/day and wham after a day fully pumped and sleeve busting again, i really like Halo-100 cheers terry
