Carni Line® is a functional drink for all persons participating in various forms of physical recreation, aiming in particular at reducing the subcutaneous adipose tissue.
The drink is also recommended for sportspersons.

Carni Line® supplements the diet of active persons in vitamin Bt (L-carnitine) – the key vitamin that controls the proper functioning of energy processes and is responsible for the efficiency and rate of burning of fatty acids in the muscle tissue.

L-carnitine – the key to success!

L-carnitine (vitamin Bt) is the key vitamin from the point of view of exercise duration. This is because during longer exercise sessions fatty acids gain in importance as energy constituents – they start to replace glucose to a greater extent, to preserve its stores for the maintenance of energy processes taking place in working muscles and for the proper functioning of the brain and the whole nervous system. Although fatty acids provide twice the amount of energy that glucose does, they have one major flaw – they cannot penetrate on their own to the sites of their oxidation, the so-called mitochondria, in muscle cells. L-carnitine is needed to bind fatty acids, facilitate their transport to mitochondria and introduce them to the oxidation processes producing energy for work. The other roles of vitamin Bt involve the removal of harmful metabolites from the mitochondria and the structural stabilisation of these cellular organelles, which prevents their damage and ensures their proper functioning during exercise, i.e. obtaining energy from nutrients and its conversion into ATP, the high-energy molecule powering muscle fibres. L-carnitine is also necessary for generating a chemical compound called acetylcholine, which is involved in the transduction of impulses from the nervous system to the muscle cells, thus mediating the muscle fibre contractions in response to signals received from the brain.
Although the human body is capable of generating some L-carnitine, the remaining portion of this compound needs to be obtained from food. Thus, a problem arises because this vitamin may be found only in meat, and sportspersons and those exercising recreationally, in order to achieve weight reduction, often limit their intake of meat products due to dietary and health issues.

With low stores of L-carnitine, the burning of fat is compromised and the body exhausts the reserves of glucose (in the form of glycogen) much quicker, which in turn expedites the rapid rise of fatigue. It is not surprising, then, that with low stores of vitamin Bt physical exercise does not give the expected result, i.e. reduction of adipose tissue, which is the key element of interest for overweight persons undertaking physical activity in order to achieve weight reduction.

L-carnitine deficiency results in a state where some mitochondria are deprived of proper protection and become easily damaged. As a consequence, they at first stop performing their energy functions, later they disintegrate and flood the cells with harmful molecules and – in extreme situations – cause entire muscle cells to be destroyed. This obviously exerts a negative influence on the working capacity of muscles and has a particularly adverse effect on the cardiac muscle.

The generation of acetylcholine is also impaired with low stores of L-carnitine, which results in the reduction of the contractive capacity of muscle fibres. Although the body, in an attempt to remedy the situation, increases the internal production of vitamin Bt, the intensification of this process may also have negative effects: the body breaks down muscle fibre proteins since only in this way – as shown by research studies – it is possible to obtain the substrates necessary for producing L-carnitine. Obviously, it is not surprising that muscle fibre damage reduces the contractive and functional capacity of muscles – including the cardiac muscle – even further and has a negative effect on the body aesthetics, since it is the muscle fibres that give it a well-toned and attractive appearance.

Carni Line® – Fight the fatigue, shape the figure

It is clear that L-carnitine deficiency facilitates a rapid rise of fatigue during exercise and limits the effectiveness of physical activity in shaping an attractive body figure. Sportspersons and those living actively should enrich their diet in vitamin Bt on a daily basis in order to fight fatigue and reduce the adipose tissue.
As research studies show, the supplementation of L-carnitine has a clear impact on losing excess kilos – dietary supplementation of 1 gram daily increases the share of fat in energy production by 70%! Translating this data into weight loss, it may be stated that a person supplementing vitamin Bt on a daily basis has a chance to reduce 70% more of their adipose tissue than a person not watching the L-carnitine intake in their diet. Thus, while – for example – an active woman partaking in physical activity and applying a diet and vitamin Bt loses five kilos, during the same time her friend, also exercising and on a diet but with a too low level of L-carnitine, will only shed three kilos.

Only one functional drink on the market – Carni Line® – contains such a high dose of L-carnitine in one portion: 2000 mg!

According to current information on the subject, the effects of such a daily nutritional ration of vitamin Bt are as follows: a more intensive burning of fatty acids by the body and, thus, the preservation of valuable glycogen stores and reduction of the unwanted load of subcutaneous fat; mitochondria performing their energy function more efficiently; and working muscles – including the cardiac muscle – gaining additional protection, which facilitates the development of good physical form and the creation of a well-shaped figure.

Carni Line® – slim figure within your reach

Carni Line® is a drink designed for persons engaged in endurance and aesthetic sports and also those involving weight limits, as well as for physically active persons who recreationally partake in various forms of physical activity (such as walking, biking, team sports and games, aerobic, fitness and gym exercises, dancing, etc.) in order to improve their form and lose weight.

The Olimp Carni Line® drink should be taken in the amount of at least 500 ml daily, optimally about 1 hour before the planned start of physical exercise, or in small sips – every so often – before, during and after exercising.

Carni Line® is available in 500-ml containers in four flavour varieties: fresh apple, watermelon, lemon and cherry.

Carni Line® tastes best when served chilled.
