DIRECTIONS FOR USE

10 g (2 teaspoons) dissolved in 250 ml of water in a water bottle with shaking. Dosage on training days: Serving Size 10 g before training and 10 g after training. Dosage in non-training days: One serving of 10 grams before meals.
