DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

CarboMax Energy Power Dynamic is consumed in the form of a drink in relation to body demand or trained sport discipline. Hypertonic solution - most often used after physical effort in order to complement and increase energetic reserves of the body. Consumed between meals on training days and non - training days, in people with a high metabolism. It aids in the development of muscle mass. In order to prepare the drink, dissolve 30 g of the preparation in 200 ml of chilled water (e.g. 60 g per 400 ml of water). Isotonic solution - destined to rapidly complement energy and water-and electrolytes loss arises during physical effort. Recommended use - during and after training. Dissolve 20 g of preparation in 200 ml of chilled water (e.g. 60 g in 600 ml of water) The amount of prepared drink depends on individual demand of the sportsman’s body. Recommended use - 300 ml to 1000 ml of prepared drink.
