Iso Active is an isotonic drink in the form of powder, easily soluble in water. Isotonics are drinks designed to level the water and electrolytes secreted by the body in the process of sweat secretion, as well as the supplementation of vitamins and minerals, and to a small extent carbohydrates burned during exercise. IsoActive is an optimal composition of carbohydrates to ensure the body's water-electrolyte balance during exercise. Unlike energy drinks, isotonics have a low sugar content and are only slightly saturated with carbon dioxide. Isotonic drinks are needed when practicing sports that require long-term, intense exercise such as cycling or distance running because they effectively quench thirst and maintain water in the body and also complement micro and macroelements that are essential to maintaining physical fitness and muscle recovery.

Dissolve 31.5g (3/4 scoops) in a water bottle with 500ml of water. Apply before, during (every 15 minutes) and after exercise (about 200ml).
