DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Basic recommended portion:  20 ml a day.
• For protection of muscle mass tissue and for deferring exhaustion: 20-40 ml, minimum 60 minutes before the start of a performance
• For faster regeneration and support of muscle mass tissue creation: immediately after the physical output 20 – 40 ml
• Maximum 60 ml per day.

Usage:

• Shake before usage mildly and measure according to the recommended dosing.
• Blend the content of measuring unit in a small amount of sport drink or water.
• Alcoholic and milk drinks are not suitable.
• After opening close properly, store at the temperature of 10-25°C and consume within 2 months.
