Creatine Magna
Power™ is the most advanced creatine ever created in science
labs.
Creatine, as well as arginine, is the most effective of all the
legalized anabolic agents. This fact has been confirmed by numerous
scientific studies and long-standing use in sport. However, the full
potential of creatine as a supplement stimulating strength and muscle
mass is limited by the lactamation reaction, which transforms a major
part of the creatine consumed into inert creatinine. This reaction
binds the amino group of creatine with its acid group. This locks up

Creatine enhances muscle strength and mass by the mediation of the true
anabolic compound called ATP – adenosintriphosphate. Creatine
supplementation leads to increase of ATP levels in the muscle cells.
The complete energy
required for muscle contraction and force stimuli generation is created
by ATP hydrolysis. ATP also stimulates anabolic enzymes,
known as kinases, which stimulate our genes to produce muscle proteins.
ATP also takes part in every stage of protein molecule synthesis.
Magnesium is crucial for ATP synthesis and hydrolysis.
ATP is synthesised when the phosphate
radical (P) is carried from active creatine to adenosinediphosphate
(ADP). But in order to transfer this radical from creatine to ADP to
create ATP, it is essential that one magnesium atom participates in the
process (see Fig. 3).
As we can see, ATP synthesis requires
both creatine molecules and magnesium atoms. Magnesium availability in
the process regulates the ratio of synthesising ATP from creatine. That
is why, when we use a creatine supplement and muscle cells lack
magnesium, the anabolic activity of creatine is not utilised well.
This problem is solved with Creatine Magna

minute break between two effort periods after supplementing with
