This product is the exact same chemical as Anabolic Xtreme's discontinued Phera-Plex. Common user feedback includes: Increased Lean Muscle and Increased Strength. P-Plex is typically used for 4 to 6 weeks. The dosage range is generally between 10 and 20 mg per day (1 to 2 caps). Advanced users weighing over 220 lbs may taper dosage up to 40 mg for short durations during their cycle.

Example of a common cycle:

- Week 1: 10 mg
- Week 2: 20 mg
