DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1-3 capsules daily favorably after meal, washed down with water. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
The product should not be taken during pregnancy and breast feeding. Before use consult your doctor in case of using anticoagulant or platelet activating factor medicaments.
