DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For strength training – 4 capsules daily (during extreme stress and requirement on progressive growth up to 8 capsules – i.e. 4000 mg of L-leucine), in the morning on an empty stomach and immediately after training or performance.

For endurance training – 4 capsules daily (during extreme stress and requirement on progressive increase in performance up to 8 capsules – i.e. 4000 mg of L-leucine), 30 min. prior to and immediately after training or performance. Take with a sufficient amount of water.
