DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• For muscle mass growth: 5 capsules before the performance and 4 capsules after the performance
• For improvement of sports dynamics and power: 9 capsules about 45 minutes before the beginning of the performance.
• To increase regeneration: 9 capsules shortly after the end of the performance.
• Use maximally 9 capsules a day!

Usage:

According to recommended dosage, swallow the capsules gradually and drink down by sufficient amount of water or sports drink. Alcoholic and milk drinks are not suitable. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage. Do not bite the capsule! Once opened, store at the temperature below 25 °C and use within three months.
