It contains sildenafil, which increases blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. However, it only helps achieve an erection if sexually aroused. The medication improves potency for up to 5 hours, and its effects begin in as little as 12 minutes. It is intended for adult men only.

1 tablet  Maxigra Max tablet approximately 1 hour before planned intercourse. Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
