Bio-silica® MAX is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets containing a high dose of horsetail, standardized to the silica content, which, like zinc, helps maintain the proper condition of hair, skin and nails. The formulation also contains an extract of nettle, cystine, as well as a complex of vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin A, zinc and B vitamins (riboflavin, biotin, niacin) helps maintain healthy skin. Antioxidants: Vitamin C and E, riboflavin, zinc, and copper contribute to strengthening the protection of the body against oxidative stress. Zinc also helps maintain healthy hair and nails. Cystine is an amino acid, sulfuric constitutes a structural element of plastic hair protein - keratin.

1 tablet daily with a meal. Do not use concomitantly with other drugs silicon.
