Epistane is considered to be a strong anabolic compound, with an extremely small number of side effects attributable to DHT. It primarily affect the androgen receptors found in the muscles, giving a signal to create and expand new structures.

Additionally, 2a, 3a-Epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol is referred to as an antiestrogenic compound. It does not aromatize or show a progestogenic effect (it does not produce effects associated with natural progesterone). This reduces the likelihood of gynecomastia and other side effects caused by the activity of female hormones.

Epistane has a very high anabolic index that results in rapid and dry gains in muscle mass, without fat gain. Some testers have reported even the loss of subcutaneous fat!

2-3 tablets daily for meals for 6-8 weeks. The cycle can continue for up to 12 weeks.
