ActivLab Pharma Melatonika Spray is a mint-flavored product containing melatonin.

The melatonin contained in the preparation helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.

The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Melatonin also helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arrival at the destination.
